Wedding season is officially here and the invites are flowing like champagne! Now that you have your invite, the question is what are you going to wear? The suit or clothing choice is going to be dependent upon the time of day and what season the wedding will take place. You always want to be aware of the what the groom and groomsmen will be wearing. Check the invite to see if a specific dress code is required (i.e.; themed, black tie, etc. ). You never want to outshine or take attention away from the actual wedding party.(Don’t be that guy) Follow these simple fashion guidelines and you’ll have nothing to worry about……except maybe your date.

Daytime Wedding- Light colored suiting or vest such as tan, khaki, light gray, or gray, Color tie. Polished oxfords/loafers.
Evening Wedding- Keep it dark with a Navy, Charcoal, or Black suit or sport coat/blazer, bow ties. Polished oxfords.
Summer Wedding- Cotton, Linen, or Seersucker suit/sport coat. Loafers, Brogues, or Saddle Shoes.
Beach Wedding- Cotton, Linen, or Seersucker suit/sport coat, Shorts with a coat, Vest as an alternative to a coat, Ties are optional, and beat up brogues(no socks) or vans/converse as footwear. Absolutely no flip-flops!!
